Welcome to WIB-E TRAINERS AND CONSULTANTS LLP, operating under the brand name Women in Banking Exclusive / WIB-E (“WIB-E”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

memberships and curated learning experiences

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, suspend, or discontinue any service, event, program, or offering at our discretion.

4. User Accounts & Information

When you register, enquire, or make a purchase, you agree to:

provide accurate and complete information
keep your details updated
maintain the confidentiality of your login or account details, where applicable
use our services only for lawful and permitted purposes

You are responsible for all activities carried out using your information or account access.

5. Payments

All payments for services, events, workshops, programs, or memberships must be made in full unless otherwise specified.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be subject to applicable taxes, including GST, where applicable.

Payments are currently accepted through bank transfer. Bank transfer details may be shared with users who wish to access a service, event, program, or membership.

Access to the relevant service, event, program, membership, or learning material will be provided only after payment has been received and confirmed by WIB-E.

Users may be required to share payment confirmation details, such as transaction reference number / UTR number, payment date, amount, or proof of payment, to help us verify the transaction.

WIB-E is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, incorrect transfers, or errors caused by banks, financial institutions, or incorrect payment details entered by the user.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.

Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7. Participation & Conduct

By participating in WIB-E programs, events, memberships, or community spaces, you agree to:

engage respectfully with other participants, facilitators, mentors, and team members
not engage in harassment, discrimination, abuse, or disruptive behaviour
not share confidential, sensitive, or personal information discussed within the community without consent
not record, reproduce, or distribute sessions or materials without written permission
not misuse access to any program, group, event, or learning material

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, event, membership, or community space without refund in case of misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by WIB-E, including but not limited to:

program materials
videos, documents, worksheets, tools, and frameworks
session recordings, where applicable
branding, logos, designs, and website content
is the intellectual property of WIB-E or its licensors.

You may not:

reproduce, copy, distribute, or share content without written permission
sell, license, or commercially use any WIB-E content
claim ownership over any WIB-E materials or frameworks

Access to paid content is for the registered participant’s personal and professional learning use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services may include the use of third-party tools or platforms for communication, website hosting, email communication, WhatsApp-based learning, video conferencing, analytics, or program delivery.

WIB-E is not responsible for:

the performance, availability, or security of third-party platforms
technical issues or interruptions caused by third-party service providers
losses or inconvenience arising from the use of such platforms

Your use of such third-party platforms may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIB-E shall not be liable for:

indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of profits, business opportunities, data, or reputation
service interruptions, technical issues, or access delays
outcomes resulting from participation in programs, events, mentorship, or application of shared content

All services are provided on a best-effort basis.

11. Disclaimer

WIB-E provides educational, professional, leadership, and community-based support.

We do not guarantee:

specific career outcomes
promotions, job changes, salary increases, or financial results
business, professional, or personal outcomes from participation

Participants are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website, services, events, programs, memberships, or community spaces in case of:

violation of these Terms
misuse of services
unlawful, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour
breach of confidentiality
non-payment or payment irregularities

Such termination or restriction does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
