Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

All purchases made for offerings by WIB-E TRAINERS AND CONSULTANTS LLP, operating under the brand name Women in Banking Exclusive / WIB-E (“WIB-E”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), are final.

This policy applies to all offerings, including:

  • events, workshops, and retreats

  • Memberships

  • programs, cohorts, and services


Refunds are not provided except in the limited circumstances explicitly outlined below.

2. Non-Refundable Purchases

a. Memberships

All membership purchases are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
This includes cases of partial usage, non-usage, or discontinuation by the member.

b. Programs, Cohorts, and Services

All enrollments in programs, cohorts, or services are non-refundable once:

the participant has enrolled, or
access to the program, cohort, service, or learning material has been provided

No refunds will be granted for:

  • change of mind

  • scheduling conflicts

  • inability to participate

  • dissatisfaction after participation or access

3. Events & Workshops and Retreats

a. Participant-led Cancellation

If you are unable to attend an event, workshop, or retreat for any reason, no refund will be provided.

b. Organiser-led Cancellation

If an event, workshop, or retreat is cancelled by WIB-E, participants may be eligible for:

  • a full refund, or

  • credit toward a future program, event, workshop, or retreat

Where an event, workshop, or retreat is rescheduled rather than cancelled, WIB-E may offer continued participation on the revised date or credit toward a future offering, at its discretion.

4. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made by the user

  • Event or workshop cancelled by WIB-E

  • All other cases are non-refundable.

5. Credit & Transfer Policy

In eligible cases, WIB-E may, at its discretion, offer credit instead of a refund.

Credit will be valid for a period of 3 months from the date of issue
Credit may be transferable to another participant, subject to approval by WIB-E
Credit can be used only toward eligible WIB-E offerings

6. Refund Processing Terms

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the transaction or issue
Approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or offered as credit, as applicable
Refunds will generally be processed to the bank account from which payment was received, wherever possible


Refund processing timelines are typically 7 to 10 working days, subject to banking systems and verification of payment details

7. No-Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to attend or participate in events, sessions, programs, workshops, retreats, or community activities

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Lack of usage or partial usage

  • Dissatisfaction with the program, event, membership, service, or community experience

  • Incorrect payment made due to wrong details entered by the user

  • Delay or failure caused by the user’s bank, financial institution, or incorrect payment reference details

8. Bank Transfer & Payment Verification

Payments for WIB-E offerings are currently accepted through bank transfer.

Users may be required to share payment confirmation details for verification, including:

  • UTR number / transaction reference number

  • payment date

  • amount paid

  • proof of payment, where required

WIB-E is not responsible for delays, failed transfers, incorrect transfers, or processing errors caused by banks, financial institutions, or incorrect details entered by the user.

Refund timelines may vary depending on bank processing timelines.
