Chitra Singh is an award winning Sales Mentor, DEI Advisor, Corporate Trainer, Community Nurturer, Keynote Speaker with 27 years of experience leading high-performance sales teams at top banks like Kotak and ICICI.

 

She is also the Founder & Chief Mentor at SalesWomentoring, India’s only exclusive Sales community for women in sales & business and has mentored 2000+ women through her community and is also a Mentor with Nasscom & Wadhwani Foundation.


Her work has been recognised through awards and industry features, including the HerRising Award (2023) and being featured in “Women in Sales to Follow 2024” by Sales Collective. She has also been featured in ShEvolution by Kotak Life, yourstory, Wahstory and recognised with the WICxIndia community Role Model of the Year award by the Women in Cloud Community and CIO News.


What she brings to WIB-E: Leadership development, sales & frontline performance excellence, visibility frameworks, and mentoring ecosystems for women.


It is her mission to enable women to negotiate confidently for the value they deserve both at work & in society.

Sreedevi Raghavan is a seasoned business strategist, executive leadership coach, and strategic community builder committed to advancing leadership excellence in banking and financial services.
 

With over two decades of senior leadership experience across banking, insurance, real estate, automobiles and allied sectors, she brings a rare blend of commercial sharpness and people-centric insight. Her work integrates performance, self-leadership, accountability, and whole-person wellbeing,enabling professionals to achieve sustainable success without compromising authenticity.


As Founder & CEO of “Tattvamassi”, a member of the Board of Governors at IIM Kozhikode, and an International Coaching Federation accredited PCC coach with 2500 hours of coaching executive leaders, as well as a coach educator, Sreedevi partners with leaders and organisations to refine strategy, deepen self-awareness, and build cultures of clarity, resilience, and impact.

ABOUT WIB-E

Women in Banking Exclusive (WIB-E) is a leadership community for women in Banking & Financial Services, built to help you belong, build, and become a force in financial leadership.

We believe women don’t lack capability or ambition-many lack visibility, access to opportunities, and sponsorship-enabling networks. 

While women form a significant part of the workforce, rough estimates show we are only ~25% of the total banking workforce - and the numbers are even more concerning at senior leadership levels.

 

WIB-E has been created to transform that.
